Recently, the beneficiaries of the RED NEO project, financed by USAID, had a chance to enjoy the experience and consultation of an International Expert on Agritourism, Ms. Brigitte Nitsch.
Her visit to Armenia aimed at the design of a consultancy framework on sustainable agritourism activities and contribution to the enhancement of agritourism sites and capacity building of farm tourism stakeholders supported by the RED NEO project.
During the field trips, Ms. Nitsch got familiarized with each enterprise activity details to identify the needs and opportunities. Based on the accumulated information, she will develop recommendations for further progress of the enterprises.
She also conducted a one-day seminar on Agritourism for the RED-NEO clients, who were enthusiastic about the opportunity to share their further plans and ideas for expert feedback.
